Reporting an error
Please tell us the page, what you entered (salary, region, tax year, options) and what you expected to see. A link to the GOV.UK source you're comparing against helps us fix things quickly. Please don't send personal details such as your National Insurance number or payslips.
What we can't help with
We can't look at your personal tax affairs or contact HMRC on your behalf. For questions about your own tax code or bill, use your HMRC Personal Tax Account or contact HMRC.
A useful error report without personal documents
For example, describe the calculator, selected year and region, a rounded test salary and the deduction that looks wrong. Say whether you are comparing an annual estimate or one pay period. That gives us a reproducible question without needing your identity or a copy of your payslip.
